I thought this was pretty cool looking they knock him silly then split them and pulled all the guts out then they actually do something the captain called a bleed then he packs the cavity in a ice he says this helps pull out the nasty taste and blood some sharks have you know he said that was a pee smell thru their skin YUCK ! I got my shark steaks home and pulled them out of the freezer a few days later and they were not nasty smelling That is a cool feeling.
I guess if people are going to pay you , you give your all including your knowledge . You know with me being a girl I had so much fun fishing with these guys they were friendly and very understanding of my limits of fighting a BIG fish
